AlphaPDF Terms of Service

AlphaPDF provides document tools to adults aged 18 or older under a limited free allowance and optional paid subscription.

Free allowance

An anonymous device receives one successful export. A verified free account receives five successful exports per UTC calendar month. Only one free-quota account may be assigned to a device. Creating accounts, clearing storage, masking device characteristics, or otherwise evading these limits is prohibited. Shared-device exceptions may be granted by support.

Acceptable use

You must have the right to process uploaded documents and may not use AlphaPDF for unlawful content, malware, credential theft, service disruption, or abuse of third-party systems.

Documents and credentials

You are responsible for retaining your own copies. Drawn and typed signatures are not identity verification. Certificate trust depends on the certificate and recipient software.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms and can be managed through the billing portal. Operational file, page, concurrency, and security limits still apply.

Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. AlphaPDF may suspend abusive access or change allowances prospectively.
